The JLSK-II Aluminum Wire Double Clipping Machine is a servo-driven, electrically operated casing sealing machine purpose-built for high-speed sausage and cooked meat production lines. Unlike traditional pneumatic clippers that depend on compressed air quality and pressure stability, the JLSK-II uses a dedicated single-speed mechanical transmission driven by a servo motor, delivering consistent 80 clips per minute output regardless of facility air supply conditions.

The machine uses aluminum wire rather than pre-formed clips, offering a significant cost advantage over cartridge-clip systems on high-volume lines: aluminum wire coils in 2.1, 2.45, 2.7, and 2.9 mm diameters feed continuously without reloading interruptions, and changing wire diameter does not require changing the mold — only the wire coil. For lines running multiple casing calibres, this translates to faster changeover and lower consumable inventory requirements.

Servo Drive and Mechanical Reliability

The servo motor drive eliminates the compressed air consumption and air system dependency that make traditional pneumatic clippers sensitive to facility infrastructure. What is the difference between aluminum wire clipping and pre-formed clip clipping?

Aluminum wire clippers feed wire from a coil and form the clip in-machine during the capping operation. Pre-formed clip machines (such as the CSK double clipper) use pre-stamped aluminium clips loaded in cartridges. Wire-feed systems have a significantly lower consumable cost per clip at high volumes and eliminate the need to stock multiple clip cartridge sizes. Pre-formed clip machines offer more consistent clip geometry for certain casing types and are the preferred choice for very thin or delicate natural casings.

Can I switch between different aluminum wire diameters without changing the mold?

Yes. The JLSK-II supports 2.1, 2.45, 2.7, and 2.9 mm wire diameters without a mold change. Only the wire coil needs to be replaced. Mold changes (between S1 and S2) are required when switching between casing calibre ranges, not when changing wire diameter.

What is the maximum production speed?

The JLSK-II clips at 80 times per minute at rated speed. This is the mechanical limit of the single-speed transmission. For higher throughput requirements, the optional dual filling tube configuration effectively doubles product output per clip cycle.

Does this machine require compressed air?
