The LQDK is designed for casings from 120 mm flat diameter upwards, to a maximum of 250 mm. For casings below 120 mm flat diameter, the CSK-15/18 double clipper (30–120 mm) or U-shape manual clipper (35–200 mm) is the appropriate machine. Using the LQDK on casings below 120 mm will not produce adequate stretching tension for a reliable seal.
Can this machine be used with both fibrous casings and heat-shrink bags?
Yes. The adjustable pneumatic stretching tension allows the machine to be configured for the stretch characteristics of different casing and bag materials. Fibrous casings and heat-shrink bags within the 120–250 mm flat diameter range are both compatible. Confirm your specific casing or bag specification when enquiring.
Does this machine apply one or two clips per operation?
