Tower Meat Filling Machine — LQGS Series
The Tower Meat Filling Machine (立式大肉块灌装机) is a vertically oriented, pneumatically controlled filling unit designed for the wide-range filling and forming needs of commercial meat processing facilities. Its vertical tower configuration and adjustable pressure system make it suitable for filling, forming, and compacting a broader range of meat product types than horizontal piston or vane-type fillers — from lamb rolls and pork chops to whole-muscle steaks, pork belly slabs, and minced meat sausages.
Built entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, the machine offers straightforward disassembly for cleaning and maintenance, hygienic food-contact surfaces on all product-contact parts, and a compact tower footprint that minimises floor space requirements while accommodating a 600 mm material trough.
Pneumatic Control System and Filling Mechanism
The LQGS filling mechanism is driven by a pneumatic control system with a manual lid opening and closing mechanism for safe and stable operation. The pressure adjustment system allows the operator to set filling tightness flexibly, matching the compression requirement of the specific product being processed — from loosely packed minced meat in large-diameter casings to tightly compacted whole-muscle products in heat-shrink or vacuum bags.

Customisable moulds are available according to production requirements, enabling the machine to produce product-specific shapes and dimensions for portion-pack retail, foodservice, and export market specifications. This mould flexibility is a significant operational advantage over fixed-bore filling machines.
Wide Product Range Capability
The LQGS Tower Filling Machine is particularly suited for the following product types:
- Lamb rolls (羊肉卷): Uniform compaction and forming for retail-standard sliced lamb roll products
- Pork rolls: Consistent diameter and density for portion-pack slicing and retail display
- Pork chops and steaks: Shaped, compacted whole-muscle products for retail or foodservice portion-packs
- Beef steaks: Formed beef products with controlled weight and dimension per portion
- Minced meat sausages: Large-diameter minced meat products in collagen or natural large casing
- Pork belly: Rolled and compacted belly products for slicing and portion-pack retail
- Mixed ground meat products: Custom-formulation mixed products in various diameter formats
Durability and Ease of Maintenance
All external and food-contact surfaces of the LQGS are fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel, meeting international food hygiene standards and enabling high-pressure washdown cleaning between production runs. The tower design provides full open access to the filling chamber when the lid is open, so operators can inspect, clean, and reassemble the machine without removing fixed covers or disassembling drive components.
Maintenance advantage: Simple mechanical design with pneumatic actuators that are field-serviceable with standard tools.
Hygiene standard: SUS304 stainless throughout, smooth internal surfaces, full-open access for cleaning — designed for daily strip-down cleaning cycles.
Over de fabrikant
With more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, Shijiazhuang Sunshine Machinery operates a precision food machinery production facility in Hebei Province. Our quality philosophy centres on three principles: international-grade components, CNC-machined critical parts, and 8-hour pre-shipment testing for every unit. The company holds CE compliance across its product range and conducts periodic customer visits for after-sales support. Our South American office in Limeira, São Paulo serves regional buyers directly.

Every machine undergoes an 8-hour rated-load endurance run prior to shipment. Full operating speed, rated load, and all control functions are verified during this test. Customers may request the test record and video as part of pre-shipment documentation.
All machines ship with a one-year whole-machine warranty from arrival. Every mechanical and electronic sub-assembly is covered: drive unit, PLC, filling mechanism, and conveyor. A spare consumables kit is included so your team can handle routine maintenance immediately.
Veelgestelde vragen
What products can this machine NOT fill?
The LQGS is not designed for continuous-flow emulsified sausage filling at high throughput rates. For Frankfurt-type, bologna, or cooked sausages in standard calibre casings, the ZKG-6500 Vacuum Sausage Filler is the appropriate machine. The LQGS excels in large-format, block-fill, and formed-product applications.
Are custom moulds available?
Yes. Custom moulds for specific product shapes, dimensions, and portion weights can be produced to order. Please provide your target product dimensions, weight per portion, and casing or bag specification when requesting a mould quotation.
What air supply is required?
The LQGS requires an air supply of 0.4–0.6 MPa at the machine inlet. A standard industrial compressor with adequate capacity for the fill cycle frequency is sufficient. Confirm your air supply specifications when enquiring.
Can the machine be used with heat-shrink bags or vacuum bags?
Yes. The filling diameter range of 70–140 mm covers many standard heat-shrink and vacuum bag sizes used for retail portion-pack products. Confirm your specific bag dimensions when enquiring to verify compatibility.
What does customisable production mean in practice?
The pressure adjustment mechanism allows the operator to set how tightly the product is compacted into the casing or mould. Combined with interchangeable moulds, this means the same machine can produce loosely packed minced meat products in one shift and tightly compacted whole-muscle rolls in the next, with no structural machine modifications.
Bestelling & Logistiek
Klaar om te bestellen?
Lead time runs 30–45 working days from confirmed order, inclusive of the mandatory 8-hour pre-shipment test. We ship FOB Tianjin by default with CE certificate and English operation manual. CIF, EXW, and DAP terms negotiable. Payment: T/T 30/70.
Minimale bestelhoeveelheid (MOQ): There is no fixed piece-count minimum for complete filling machines — orders are evaluated by configuration and order value. New buyers can arrange sample orders of 1–5 units at sample price. Multi-model combinations are welcomed to meet order value targets.

The Tower Configuration: Why Vertical Matters for This Application
The vertical tower orientation of the LQGS filling machine is not an aesthetic choice — it is a functional design decision that reflects the product types this machine is built for. When filling lamb rolls, pork rolls, and formed whole-muscle products, the product must be loaded and compressed from above into a vertical mould or casing. A horizontal machine requires the operator to fight gravity during loading; a vertical tower allows the product’s own weight to assist initial compaction, reducing the force required from the pneumatic system and decreasing cycle time for the same fill weight.
The vertical format also provides a compact floor footprint relative to the machine’s fill capacity, an important consideration in cold rooms and chilled processing areas where floor space is constrained and every square metre of refrigerated space carries an energy cost.
Mould Customisation for Product-Specific Shapes
Standard filling machines produce round or cylindrical products determined by the casing diameter. The LQGS’s mould system allows processors to produce product-specific shapes that match retail packaging formats, portion sizes, and market presentation standards. A rectangular mould produces a product that slices into even rectangular portions with no waste at the edges — the format preferred by foodservice buyers who portion-slice for meal preparation. A round mould produces the traditional log format for retail sliced products.
Custom mould specifications require minimum quantities and lead time for production. Please provide product dimensions, weight per portion, and target pack format when requesting mould specifications.
Retail and Export Market Product Standards
The LQGS is widely used in facilities producing for Asian retail and export markets where formed lamb roll, pork roll, and mixed meat products are sold in the frozen and chilled categories. These markets have specific weight, dimension, and appearance standards that vary by buyer and market destination. The LQGS’s adjustable pressure and interchangeable mould system allows processors to adapt their output specifications to different buyer requirements without purchasing a new machine for each specification.
For processors exporting to multiple markets with different portion weight standards — for example, 500 g portions for domestic foodservice and 1 kg portions for export retail — the LQGS can be re-configured between batches by adjusting the fill stroke length and the mould format.
